Pancake Tuesday was my first blog post a year ago next week. I feel it important to do another symbolise that I made it through a year of blogging. Next week, you can expect a one year of blogging celebration, and what’s a celebration without cake!
Until then, I’ve got a line up of three yummy chocolate pancake recipes for this year’s Pancake Tuesday. Make these for breakfast or even lunch or dinner… (not judging).

1. Chocolate Buckwheat Pancakes with Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce – Fit and Fiesty
I love peanut butter and mixing it with chocolate is one of the best combinations! Buckwheat makes these pancakes gluten free.
2. Healthy Chocolate Pancakes – Pretend Health Freak
These pancakes have a most delicious caramel sauce simply made with almond milk, dates and maple syrup.
3. Coconut Flour Chocolate Pancakes– Healthful Pursuit
Leanne Vogel from Healthful Pursuit has recreated Giada Di Laurentiis’s crepes and made them paleo but still just as yum.
